Hello everyone!
THANK YOU to
each and every one of you who came out, supported, volunteered and
gave generously from the heart...and bottom line showing the love for Frankie!
T-shirts - DVD's & Photos for sale online coming soon all to help our brother in need! Frankie was very overwhelmed and is very grateful! To quote what was said countless times..."it was like a big family reunion".
I still haven't quite caught my breath
and have yet to even begin the video edit but felt I needed to drop
everyone a message.
Words cannot express the thanks that I have for all who were present
this past Sunday at the Jam 4 Frankie! I dare say that there have ever
been that many musicians, "friends and family" gathered at one time, in
one place, and actually showing the love.
You could just feel it in the air and to quote a saying often used, "it
was magical".
Everyone I spoke to during and since that day had the best time, and I
even heard it called the BEST event this city has ever had.
As I have said and will continue to say, I was merely a figure head so
to speak as there were dozens and dozens of people who donated their
time, money, efforts and talents to make it the event it was.
To quote what Frankie told me when we were riding around in the golf
cart one time he said, "Man I thought I would be really tired by now but
I feel great!" I told him, "Frankie, it's all the love brother, it's all
the love". And it really was.
For those of you who missed it, well what else can I say but you missed
it.
To those who attended, thank you from the bottom of what had been a
somewhat jaded heart yet now is filled with the love from that day.
It really did show not only me but hundreds of other folks that good
does still exist in this world gone nuts.
As I write this tears are flowing from me for the deepest and most
sincere gratitude to everyone who helped us make it happen.
May peace, love and happiness come to you and it has so generously been
given to me.
